Pastor Randy has a passion for people. His philosophy of ministry is meeting people where they are and assisting them to where God wants them to be. He has 40 years of ministry experience and continues to learn. Knowing that, " I am confident of this very thing that He who has begun a good work in me will continue until the return of Christ Jesus" Philippians 1:6. Pastor Randy has BS,M,Div, D.MIN, and ThD. Degrees.

I have served as the Preschool Director at Gourd Springs since 2012. I am passionate about providing a nurturing, Christ-centered environment where preschool children feel safe, loved, and encouraged to grow. working closely with families and staff, my goal is to support each child's development academically, socially, and spiritually.
